Analyzing data in bulk is a great way to explore trends and customer behavior and, in turn, grow your business rapidly. But to truly understand your client and their needs, you need a more personal view, and that's what contact level dashboards are for.
Contact level dashboards enable a personal look into the journey from prospect to paying customer by letting you drill into the details of one specific message recipient.
To access contact level reports, click on the folder icon in the upper right corner inside Insights.
Open the Shared folder > Insights > Channel performance > Email. Inside this folder, you will see the main email channel dashboard and three contact level dashboards.
Note: All contact level dashboards will become available in October.
Email contacts 'Change of Address'
Information on how many times a recipient requests to receive future emails to a new email address.
Email contacts 'Clicked'
Details related to the total number of times a recipient clicked on a link within an email message.
Email contacts 'Opened'
Details related to the total number of times a recipient opened an email message.
Email contacts by metric
In this dashboard, you'll find an additional dropdown list in the filters section. It will allow you to do a detailed drill-down per different metrics. Choose one of these options to find out how your campaign is performing:
- Soft bounces
- Hard bounces
- Abuse complaints
- Mail blocks
- Email restrictions
- Reply (other)
