Create a WhatsApp opt-in campaign

1. Go to SMS and group messaging > Campaigns > select Create campaign.
2. Select the WhatsApp opt-in campaign.
3. Provide details for your campaign.
   1. Enter a unique campaign name.
   2. Select your code.
   3. Select your time zone.
   4. Set your sending hours (optional).
   5. Click Next.
      
      
      
      
4. Set the duration of your campaign.
   
   1. Choose indefinite or limited. If you choose limited, determine your start and end dates.
      
      
      
      
5. Create opt-in/ opt-out keywords and messages for your campaign.
   
   1. Your messages link can include personalization.
      1. The message length cannot exceed 1600 characters.
      2. Keywords can not include space characters, only letters and numbers.
   2. Add an already enrolled message (optional).
   3. Shorten links if you'd like.
      
      
      
      
6. Activate campaign
   1. Toggle to activate the campaign and click Create.
   2. Or if you are not ready to active it, you can choose Create as draft.
