Add a category
- Click New category to customize attribute values and create a new iOS category. Similar to Actions, you can modify the syntax as needed.
- Click Save for the actions to be configured for the org.
Note: Any custom actions added are visible to the Mobile App Message user in the Send Experience Actions picker when creating a mobile push draft.
- Click Close to be taken to the Apps page.
Modify a category
You can modify iOS categories. After categories are added, the syntax can be modified as needed and you can save your changes.
Example: Custom category for viewing product detail
Additional data fields: Discount (boolean - either yes or no) and Product ID (text box accepting numeric values); Greeting changed to not display.
