Generate AI content
- In the drag & drop editor, add a text block to your email.
- Click the magic wand icon to use AI to help create content.
- Input content details:
- Select the content type: headline or body copy.
- In the Prompt field, describe what you would like to include in the generated message. Include elements such as the promotion name, target group, product names, character limits, and other applicable elements you want to emphasize. What is the main purpose of this text block? What would you like to communicate to your customer?
Note: Don't add any personal identifiable information, company trade secrets, or forbidden use cases in your prompt.
- Choose a sentiment or tone out of ten options:
- Joy/Happiness
- Excitement
- Sadness/Compassion
- Fear/Thrill
- Love/Romance
- Gratitude/Appreciation
- Confidence/Success
- Anger/Indignation
- Surprise/Wonder
- Nostalgia/Sentimentality
- When your prompt is ready, click Generate. The AI will provide three suggestions for areas like subject lines, preheaders, body content, headlines, and call-to-action buttons.
- Review the suggestions. Click the one that fits your needs most.
- Click Select to add it to the text block.
Note: The AI's suggestions are based on the details you provide, so ensure your input is clear and specific to get the most relevant content.
