On August 19, 2024 Acoustic will be upgrading our networking infrastructure. This change will not be associated with application downtime and will have no effect on most customers.

Who will this change impact

**Most Acoustic customers will not need to take any action.**

Customers who currently whitelist Acoustic Campaign UI and API IP addresses via their firewall will need to add the new IP addresses before the maintenance in order to avoid service interruption to the Campaign UI and APIs.

Note that this change has no impact on access to Transact, Soap API, FTP, or other unlisted resources. Most companies use a firewall to protect their internal networks. If your company whitelists Acoustic IP addresses to permit firewall access to Acoustic Campaign, you are encouraged to change this approach to whitelist the host name (URL) instead. When does this change occur?

Action must be taken by August 18, 2024 or you will lose access to Acoustic Campaign if your company whitelists Acoustic IP addresses in your firewall.

What changes do you need to make?

If you are aware that your IT team restricts access to Acoustic using a firewall, you should make them aware of this upcoming event and let them know they should add the new IP addresses below for only Acoustic Campaign pods you access (and keep the old ones) now and leave the remaining IP addresses in place as well. This change must be completed by August 18, 2024. No action is required beyond this action. If you are unsure if your company restricts access to Acoustic using a firewall, you should query your IT team regarding the potential impact of this change. Unfortunately, Acoustic has no way of knowing if this is the case as these restrictions exist within your company network.
