Supporting information to include for data job-related support cases.
Overview
Items to include in every case:
- Organization Name (as it appears in Acoustic Campaign)
- Pod
- Username
IDs can be found for all items within the UI (Acoustic Campaign). You can hover your mouse over the name and the ID is displayed in a pop-up window. You can click the name to display the ID in a URL, or hover over the name to display ID at the bottom left of the UI.
Other attributes to include can be:
- Data Job ID
- Date ran
- What was it done for (update contact source, API call, report, etc.)
- This will determine any additional information needed
- Status (Complete, Running, Canceled, Error)
- Type (Recurring or not)
- Similar data job ids with same issue within last 14 days
