When you upload a file by using SFTP, there is information to include each time.

Items to include in every case:

• Organization Name (as it appears in Acoustic Campaign)
• Pod
• Username

IDs can be found for all items within the UI (Acoustic Campaign), by hovering over the name, it will display the ID in pop-up window, clicking the name to display ID in URL, or hovering over the name displays ID at the bottom left of the UI.

FTP/SFTP

• Issue (Login, Uploading, Downloading)
• Username (must match Acoustic Campaign username. However, it must be all lowercase when using it for sFTP)
• Password (may be requested for troubleshooting. Do not include in case)
• FTP Program being used (FileZilla, WinSCP, etc.)
