In order to track response activity, you'll want to monitor your survey. You can monitor an existing survey in your survey vendor, or create a new survey and then monitor the new survey.
Monitor an existing survey
To select and monitor a survey already created in your survey vendor, in the Search box, type the name of an existing survey and select it from the list and then click Monitor.
Monitoring a new survey
You can also create and monitor a new survey. When you click Create New Survey, the system automatically opens your survey vendor. In your survey vendor, log in, and create a new survey. When you are finished, return to survey connector.
In survey connector, type the name of the new survey in the Search box, select it from the list, and then click Monitor.
