You can recalculate scores to update the scoring model.
Scoring becomes relevant when a model is created and points are assigned. Therefore, use the recalculate button when you update the scoring model. It retroactively re-scores all the contacts in the database back to the time of creation of the model and points, but not before the time of creation.
The two functions Recalculate ALL Models and Recalculate Scores both perform the same operation.
Recalculate Scores recalculates the scores for all contacts in your database based on the most current scoring models.
When a contact's data is updated or performs a behavioral event, Acoustic Campaign updates the contact's score based on the current scoring model. If you recently updated your scoring model, then some of the contact's scores in your database might be based on an old scoring model. When you recalculate all scores/scoring models, Acoustic Campaign updates every contact in your database based on the most current scoring model.
Scores are recalculated if your scoring model is updated with new scoring criteria and you want to enforce the new scoring criteria to ALL the contacts in your database.
