Journey Analytics
Journey Analytics lets you visualize the journeys that your customers take as they interact with your brand across devices, channels, and touchpoints.
Journey Analytics provides insights at every level, from company-wide aggregates all the way down to a single user's experience. It helps you to understand the customer journey as a whole, without having to use separate tools to examine channels and session data. The knowledge that you gain from your analysis can help you to improve business outcomes, drive conversions, and deliver consistent and satisfying customer experiences.
The role-based dashboard in Journey Analytics makes it easy to visually identify important trends and then drill deeper to uncover the causes of customer behavior. Analyze the customer journey to understand how activity in one channel impacts conversions in another. You can also identify where customers struggle, and then replay individual customer sessions to see the exact source of the problem.

Benefits of Journey Analytics for Digital Analytics users
Acoustic Journey Analytics provides several journey analysis capabilities for Acoustic Digital Analytics users.
- See journeys across sessions
Create journey reports that track user activity across multiple sessions. You can identify a particular event as a starting or ending point for the journeys you want to see, and specify how far backward or forward from this point you want to look for session activity. - Track multiple interactions
The journey reporting in Journey Analytics shows many types of interactions across user journeys, including content views, intra-page activity, searches, and purchase-related activity, versus the traditional page-to-page user activity in Digital Analytics. - Follow customer journeys across channels
See cross-channel journeys related to specific marketing channels or campaigns by creating a journey report, selecting the Entry Page event, and filtering for specific page URLs.
Benefits of Journey Analytics for Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) users
Use Acoustic Journey Analytics to view users' struggle sessions in the context of their journeys.
From the Journey Analytics Journey reports, you can view individual struggle sessions that are available within Acoustic Experience Analytics (Tealeaf). For example, if the channel contains a struggle event such as form field validation struggle, you can view the details of the struggle event and see a list of the users sessions where the struggle occurred. Select any of the sessions in the list for replay.
Integrating Journey Analytics and Exchange
All event data used by Acoustic Journey Analytics flows through Acoustic Exchange.
Exchange is a product that supports the flow of data between different applications. Both Acoustic and third-party applications can be connected to Exchange as endpoints. Endpoints can be considered either publishers or subscribers. Publishers send data to Exchange. Subscribers receive data from Exchange.
Journey Analytics is typically an event subscriber to Exchange and receives data in the form of events from publishers like Tealeaf or Acoustic Digital Analytics. Journey Analytics relies on these events from Exchange to populate your dashboards, journey stages, and journey reports. Journey Analytics can also subscribe to events from third party tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as long as those applications are publishers to Exchange.
You can create audiences in Journey Analytics, then publish those audiences to Exchange. You can then use these audiences in other subscriber products like Acoustic Campaign. Journey Analytics also acts as an audience subscriber and can receive audiences from other products through Exchange.
