You must complete the following tasks before Transact SMTP can work with Acoustic Campaign.
- Acoustic Campaign Support must create a Transact organization for you and enable it for Transact sends.
- Set the sending IP address for your account.
- Establish an x-header for message headers (unless you use an alternative method).
- Set up a notification email address in Acoustic Campaign.
After you enable Transact SMTP, you can set up an Acoustic Campaign database, email templates, and transactional message groups.
Note: It is necessary to disable Click to View in your browser for Transact SMTP as Click to View is not supported for Transact SMTP.
