You can use the From Domain setting, located in Organization Settings, to enable or restrict From addresses to prevent deliverability issues. In the From Domain settings, you can take the following actions.
- Add and enable domains that are allowed in the 'From' address field.
- Restrict 'From' addresses to ensure that users are not sending emails that fail Sender ID lookup, which might result in smaller deliverability of your emails.
Users cannot personalize 'From Addresses' in the From Domain setting. However, From Addresses can be personalized when creating and sending authenticated emails.
Caution: If you select the Restrict From Domain box, this will also restrict Reply domains. If additional Reply Domains are needed, contact Client Support.
Organizations that are created after the Acoustic Campaign Summer '13 release do not have access to the From Domain setting.
