This is an organization level setting, but only applies to one database?

In other words, only one database per organization can be automatically updated nightly to set the last action date for contacts that took the selected action during the previous day on any email to the selected database?

    Randy, correct, only 1 database.

Jerri, you may also want to clarify that:

    • The org admin must first create the 3 fields (data type = date) that will hold the date data before this function can be activated.  These 3 fields can be named anything the user wants.
    • As part of setting up Automated Behavior Updates, the user assigns the 3 fields they've created to be the Open Date ColumnClicked Date Column, and Sent Date Column.
    • Please also clarify here, and on the article here:

      https://help.goacoustic.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042859154-Query-who-has-not-opened-any-email

...which says, "Initially it updates the 3 fields based on the last 30 day history but over time, it will be able to pull much older emails' open and click data.".  Three questions:

    • By "initially", do you mean after rollup on the first night after Automated Behavior Update is activated for the database selected?
    • How soon can we expect to get data older than 30 days' worth?
    • How far in the past do you mean by "much older"?

    Thanks!
