View the inactivity for groups of automated messages and autoresponders that are not sent in the last seven days or more by going to Settings > Activity reports > Inactivity report.

You can view the age of an autoresponder or automated message by selecting the appropriate tab.

On the Autoresponders tab, you are able to see the following details and, you can deactivate emails from this tab.

• Email Name
• Subject Line of email
• Associated Contact Source
• Opens
• Clicks
• Last Opened
• Last Sent
• Size
• Days Old

On the Automated Messages tab, you are able to see the following details and, you can cancel emails from this tab.

• Email Name
• Subject Line of email
• Name of database
• Schedule
• Contacts
• Days Old
