When you see the "The value you have entered conflicts with an existing IP address or range" error, correct your entry at the organization level or at the user level to make sure that IP addresses do not overlap with existing IP address ranges.
- Go to Access Restrictions under Security Settings.
- Verify the IP address.
- Click the IP address link to edit the values.
- Go to User IP Restrictions under User Accounts.
- Verify the IP addresses.
- Click the IP Address link to edit the values
