You might receive the "We were unable to update your password. Please enter a new password with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number or special character” error while changing your support portal password.
This error usually appears when you are using a part of your username as your password. Try selecting a different password that does not include any part of your username.
If a password is used that does not include any part of your username and it doesn't fix the issue, contact Client Support.
