Create another program based on an existing program without having to rebuild it from scratch.

In Acoustic Campaign, navigate to Automation > Programs. Find the program that you want to replicate and click the Copy program icon. Enter a unique name for the duplicate and click Copy program.

Copying an existing program does not affect the original version. The copy retains an association to the same parent database. However, you can change the contact source to a different query of that database. The copy also retains the entrance options, flow, action rules, and selected emails of the original program.

In a copied program:

• The name of a copied step is retained, but not the configuration. Always verify step content.
• Contacts are purged so all metrics revert back to 0 (zero).
• For email, SMS, and push steps, you'll see Unconfigured in the Details panel until the objects are configured and the program is activated.

In most cases, you are allowed up to 10 active programs by default. Contact customer support to request an increase.
