Check the current status of your contacts in classic programs.
- Navigate to Programs in Acoustic Campaign and open a program.
- Select Current Contact Status to see an overview of where your contacts are currently at in the program.
- Click Find Contact to search for a particular contact using their email address.
Current contact status information is retrievable for up to 180 days (default) after a contact exits a program. This setting can be increased up to 450 days beyond the day the program action was taken. Contact Acoustic Support for more information.
