If your data jobs are failing, here are some common reasons that you should investigate:
- Your Email Insights admin user has been blocked or disabled. This user is typically
emailinsights@yourdomain.com
. - The columns for your database(s) were not mapped correctly to Email Insights. For example, you may have accidentally mapped "Common Device" to a database field that is configured to only accept dates.
- If your data job is stuck in Running mode for a long period of time, please wait 24 hours. Email Insights will kick off a new data job within 24 hours. If this data job does not complete, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
- Your Email Insights campaigns did not receive any opens from identified recipients within the past 24 hours
