Note: Email insights are not supported in composer for email.
If your data jobs are failing, here are some common reasons that you should investigate:
- Your email Insights admin user has been blocked or disabled. This user is typically
- The columns for your database(s) were not mapped correctly to email insights. For example, you may have accidentally mapped "Common Device" to a database field configured only to accept dates.
- If your data job is stuck in a Running mode for an extended period, please wait 24 hours. email insights will kick off a new data job within 24 hours. If this data job does not complete, contact Support for assistance.
- Your email insights campaigns did not receive any opens from identified recipients within the past 24 hours.
