Read through the following topic if you are experiencing Errors found validating email error while you are trying to perform a preview in Email insights.
Scenario 1: If your email references web forms such as:
- Opt In
- Opt Out
- Forward to a Friend
- Preference Center
Create equivalent forms for your new contact source and then go back to the email and map the new forms appropriately.
Complete one of the following steps:
- Open your dynamic content rules and write down the exact syntax for each field the rules are looking at. When you have all of the field information, add the fields to your new contact source. The same is true for any personalization present in either the dynamic content areas or in the email body itself.
- Change the contact source back to the original source or to another source that already has all of the required fields.
Either of these actions allow the email to be previewed within Email Insights.
