Once your Email Insights account is provisioned, you are able to sign into Email Insights. On your first login, you may encounter the error message You must add your API refresh token. Read through the following topic to set up the original user in Email Insights.
Complete the following steps to access Email Insights from Acoustic Campaign and a add refresh token:
- In Acoustic Campaign, navigate to Applications > Email Insights.
Click on either Preview or Analytics.
Click Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.
- In the field under Admin Refresh Token, copy and paste the token you provided to Provisioning during the set up process (it was sent to you via email).
Your Acoustic Campaign Refresh Token is updated appropriately.
You should now be able to access Email Insights without receiving the error message.
