When you create a campaign in email insights, you can choose when it expires.
To set the expiration:
- In email insights, select Analytics.
- Choose your campaign and click Edit Campaign.
- Select the expiration date and Save.
The Litmus tracking code used in your email template from your email insights campaign expires 1 year after the code is generated in the campaign by default. It will continue to track recipients, for that time, as long as the email itself is not deleted or archived in Acoustic Campaign and the campaign remains active.
To extend previously set expiration dates, edit the existing campaigns. You will see the option to change the expiration date.
