The push notifications report displays metrics about mobile app message behaviors and universal behavior events. You can run the report for one or more applications and filter by event, campaign, and date range.
Real-time data is available, but during heavy case loads, events might take a few minutes to queue.
Note: The push notification report is stand-alone and not integrated with other reporting or Acoustic Campaign features.
Access the push potifications report
- In the Reports > Reports (classic) > Report center, open the Mobile reports push notifications.
- If you are running the report for the first time or no applications were selected in earlier reporting sessions, the Applications window opens. Select the applications that you want to include in the report and click OK. The report opens for the selected applications and displays Simple notifications sent for the week before the current date.
- If applications were selected in an earlier reporting session, the report appears for the selected applications. You can change selected applications by clicking the Application(s) link in the report. The Applications window opens. Select applications that you want to include in the report and click OK. The report opens for selected applications and displays Simple notifications sent for the week before the current date.
- Select the following filter criteria to sort the report.
- Events: You can sort events by Application, Pushes, Simple notification, Inbox, and Inbox message.
- Campaigns: You can view a single push campaign by selecting it by name from the drop-down menu, or view the aggregation of all campaigns by selecting "-". Only campaigns that send pushes within the selected date range are shown. If there are no campaigns visible, modify the date range so that it encompasses at least one date when push notifications were sent.
- Date range: You can sort by date range. The default view is a week before the current date.
- The report displays a color-coded box under the main chart for each App Key. You can hover your mouse anywhere in the chart to display a summary. The summary is broken down into 15-minute intervals.
- To export the report, click the hamburger menu at the upper right of the chart. The menu displays image and spreadsheet export options.
