It's possible to view contacts that have been opted out in the parent database but are still included in a query.

Note: Opted out contacts do not receive sends due to their opted out status and the query size count in the query summary represents only opted in contacts.

To view opted out contacts follow these steps: 

1. In Data, go to Queries > View or Manage > Data.
2. Click the name of your query.
3. Click the Search tab.
4. Check Search Opt Outs.
5. Click Search to view opted out contacts.
