Deleting a relational table within Acoustic Campaign may cause the browser to hang and might generate the following error.

The following relational table cannot be deleted. TABLENAME (the actual name of your relational table shows here) cannot be deleted. It is referenced in one or more queries, queries within programs, or dynamic content (in an email or asset library).

Resolving the problem

To resolve the issue, you must remove the queries that are associated with the Relational Table within the Acoustic Campaign.

1. Go to Relational Tables.
2. Open the relational table
3. Click Queries and select all.
4. Delete associated queries.
5. Delete Relational Table.

If you need to find which items a relational table is associated to, open a support case and a list will be provided.

Note: Relational table queries do not need to be deleted in order for a relational table to be deleted. If you delete a Relational Table, the data cannot be retrieved. The best course of action is to re-import the data if you have it.
