By enabling authentication through Contact Insight® OAuth security layer, the Contact Insight web application can be accessed externally from Acoustic Campaign and embedded in host applications. Embedded inside a host application, the Contact Insight application is available on Contact and Lead forms.

At a high level, integrating Contact Insight with your host application involves the following steps.

1. Create an application in Acoustic Campaign.
2. Configure your organization to enable Contact Insight.
3. Construct the Contact Insight URLs.
