- Follow up with contacts that purchased a product or service to verbally thank them.

- Have a Sales associate call to inquire why a customer did not purchase a particular service or product.
Adding the Telesales step to your program gathers a list of contacts and sends that list to your telemarketing or sales team on a selected schedule. These contacts can be called to provide a personal touch while you listen for an opportunity to upsell.
