    Hi Laura F,

    SNDS report specifically was previously available for hotmail through the old support portal before update. Different to standard bounce report information and allowed a view of metrics available specifically for hotmail like span traps. Where can this information be seen now and can you update this article.

    Hi Karen

    The Hotmail SNDS data report is no longer on the support portal but is now available within Campaign. Go to Settings > Activity reports > Deliverability dashboard. I've updated the article to include this location.
