A known IBM cookie issue occasionally causes problems when trying to access Acoustic Campaign.
To allow Acoustic Campaign to load, third-party cookies must be enabled or allowed. If you do not want to allow all cookies, then you will need to allow specific cookies.
To allow all cookies in Chrome
Go to Settings > Advanced > Content Settings > Cookies > Block third-party cookies. Toggle the switch to disable cookies.
To allow all cookies in Firefox
Go to Options > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data > Accept Cookies and site data from websites. Set Accept Cookies and site data from websites to Always.
To only allow specific cookies in Chrome
Go to Settings > Advanced > Content Settings > Cookies > Allow. Add the following sites:
- [*.]acoustic.com
If you restrict website cookies in Firefox, then you will need to add the Exceptions button.
To only allow specific cookies in Firefox
Go to Options > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data > Accept Cookies and site data from websites > Exceptions.
Firefox requires you enter the full URL.
