Application error resolution.
This is caused by the bookmark that you used to access Acoustic Campaign from your browser. If you created your bookmark while you were already logged in to the system, then you have also added to your bookmark to the login session for that time. However, after you log out, that login session closes.
- To resolve this issue, make sure that you are not logged in, and then enter your pod URL: campaign-us-[X].goacoustic.com ([x] = The pod number that you access such as pod 1 for example.)
- Create a bookmark.
- Log in to Acoustic Campaign using the new bookmark.
