This feature is useful for marketing departments that segment data, create personalized content, or create dynamic content based on account-level data.
This feature does not create a new record in the Acoustic Campaign. For this feature to work, the MS CRM to Acoustic Campaign Lead and Contact Mappings must include the accountId
field from CRM to the CRM_ACCOUNT_ID field in Acoustic Campaign.
This feature can be useful if all leads and contacts in Acoustic Campaign need to share the same State, Postal code, and Country as their CRM Parent account. For example: after the leads and contacts have been configured to sync to Acoustic Campaign, with their respective accountid
via the standard MS CRM to Acoustic Campaign Automation - Lead Sync and MS CRM to Acoustic Campaign Automation - Contact Sync maps, then the Sync Parent Details to Related Recipients map will update the leads and contacts with the State, Postal code, and Country from the account.
- Create the Account specific fields in the Acoustic Campaign flexible database that is integrating with CRM.
- Configure the Account Mapping in Scribe Online. The Acoustic Campaign Connection in Scribe Online needs to be reset to recognize any new fields that were created.
