You can create an Acoustic Campaign user that can use the granted permissions for API access, and access to Shared Organization resources to communicate with Watson Campaign Automation from external sources like MS Dynamics CRM and Scribe online.
Review the instructions for Creating an organization administration user
Note:
- Organization Administrators can choose to use an existing account. However, having a separate account just for integrations can help you to audit which user made a change from an automated or manual API call. The preferred user should have administration rights for an Acoustic Campaign organization that is enabled to integrate with a CRM database.
