The email template, also known as the email template, contains email settings and email content, such as content hosting, hyperlinks, attachments, and rule sets. You can create HTML or text templates, import templates, export templates, and use dynamic content in your email. Acoustic Campaign email templates can be shared with SugarCRM, allowing it to be sent from SugarCRM. However, the template must exist in the Shared tab and its contact source must be the CRM integrated database
To indicate whether a email template is synced to your CRM system, look for the Sync to CRM icon next to your email template. If the icon shows next to your email template, then the template is available in your CRM integration. If you do not see this icon, check if the Share template with CRM system check-box is selected in the email Settings for a Content email Template.
