Send Acoustic Campaign Email availability issues in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Symptoms
When you are viewing an individual Lead or Contact in CRM, the Send Acoustic Campaign Email is grayed out when the record is not syncing to Acoustic Campaign.
Resolving the problem
Check the Sync to Acoustic Campaign check box on the CRM record and wait for the Scribe Online synchronization process. The synchronization process would synchronize the CRM record into Acoustic Campaign. The Send Acoustic Campaign Email is only applicable for the CRM records that successfully synchronizes into Acoustic Campaign.
Permission issues to view the Acoustic Campaign Email Activity from Microsoft Dynamics CRM
CRM users require specific permissions to view Acoustic Campaign Email Activity that is associated with Leads and Contacts.
Symptoms
Allow access to the Contact Insight iframe on the Lead and Contact records.
Resolving the problem
Add the security role Acoustic Campaign Contact Insight® to the CRM user. This is a custom security role that is created when the Acoustic Campaign customizations are installed into CRM.
