Symptoms

Unable to see Send Acoustic Campaign Email field in Lead or Contact view.

Resolving the problem

Complete the following steps:

  1. In Contact or Lead view, go to the Acoustic Campaign Integration tab.
  2. Check the Sync to Acoustic Campaign field to activate the Send Acoustic Campaign Email.
