After the Acoustic Campaign solution is imported or installed within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a custom Acoustic Campaign email entity is created, which enables you to view email statistics within CRM.
Synchronizing emails only works for Acoustic Campaign emails that are sent from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
An Acoustic Campaign statistics mapping template is available, either during the integration setup or can be imported after the lead and contact sync has been established. The mapping template is preconfigured, and only needs to be updated with the specified Microsoft Dynamics CRM connection as the source and the specified Acoustic Campaign connection as the target. Setting Acoustic Campaign as the target allows lookups for matching Acoustic Campaign email IDs that are queried from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
