The For support use only toggle is for internal Acoustic use only. Acoustic support personnel enable this feature for Events that are used for debugging or troubleshooting. Events that have the For support use only enabled, are not counted towards the Event usage allowance that is set in the organization's account plan.

The Event Usage report disregards any Event that is enabled for support use only.
