When you configure struggle analytics, you select an application and specify which pages in the application you want the struggle analytics feature to analyze. For the specified pages, struggle analytics analyzes the visitor interactions against a set of pre-configured struggle factors to come up with a struggle score for the page.
The individual struggle score is a number between 1-100 that tells you the likelihood that a customer struggled. The higher the score, the higher the likelihood that a user struggled. For example, a struggle score of 98 means that there is an extremely high likelihood that the customer struggled. After you know that a customer is struggling, you can check out the session and see what you can do to fix it. The struggle score comes from a machine-learning algorithm that calculates a number from weighted default factors, struggle event factors, and out-of-the-box attributes. To find your struggle scores, choose a dashboard, then go to Struggle Analytics.
About this task
To find individual session struggle scores, go to Struggle Analytics, then click on a struggle score, and view the Top Struggling Sessions table.
Complete the following procedure to view the struggle.
- Select Struggle Analytics from the left-side panel to open the Overview page.
The pages that were specified when struggle analytics was configured are listed as cards in the Pages with struggle section.
Each card shows the struggle score for the page and the percentage of struggling visits for the page.
