What do I do if the screen capture is missing for more than 24 hours?
Most screen captures display between 10 minutes and 1 hour after you send the email. However, some ISPs can be slow to deliver content, which can't control. Because of varied response times, allow up to 24 hours for all screen captures to appear. If it is more than 24 hours and a screen capture is still missing, contact Support to manually update the screen captures for your account.
If you request a manual update of the screen capture and it still doesn't appear after 24 hours, the ISP or email client might be blocking your email address. This issue might occur because your content triggered a filter and is marked as spam. Contact Support that the screen capture is still not displayed.
