Go to Settings > Activity reports > System activity to see an overview of the activity for sent emails and active emails for the current month.
Sent emails
The Sent emails tab provides an overview of the activity during the current month for each sender.
- Sender (email)
- Number of emails
- Number of emails that use inbox monitoring
- Number of contacts
Active emails
The Active emails tab provides the status of current email activity. It shows the number of contacts to whom the email has been sent, the number of contacts who have not been sent to yet, plus throttling. You can take the following actions on this tab.
- Pause - Temporarily stop an email from sending.
- Resume - Restart sending of the email.
- Cancel email - Permanently stop an email from sending. After the email is canceled, the email is listed on the Sent tab in the emails section.
- Restart Send - Use when an email failed due to a data issue that has since been resolved.
