Find missing metrics
In Performance Insights, if you are not finding the metrics associated with audiences that you expect, you can use these troubleshooting tips for possible solutions.
Your metrics in Performance Insights are linked to emails and audiences that are created and sent in the Acoustic Campaign. The metrics in the Performance Insights dashboard are then synced in real-time. If you are not seeing the metrics that you expect, here are some possible causes and solutions.
- Issue: You sent an email, but you are not seeing any metrics for the emails.
Solution: Ensure that you sent the email to the parent database of the contact list or query for which you are viewing the email.
Check if your metrics are correct
If you are having any issues finding the metrics that you expect, check out these tips.
For both email and mobile report types, the metrics that are displayed can vary based on your filters. If you don't see the metrics that you expect, try these tips.
Check the date range set in your filters.
- For mailing report types, the date range filters based on the mailings that are sent during the date range. This is based on the user's time zone.
- Unlike mailing report types, mobile report types filter based on the actions that are taken on the mobile messages for the dates selected. The actions taken on the mobile message and the date of the message sent might be different. This is based on the user's time zone.
For charts, consider the time zone. If you are not seeing the charting metrics that you expect, it might be because the data that is being pulled is based on your time zone. Some chart elements might be different based on time zones.
