Supported time zones
We only support time zones that are offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) by a whole number of hours. We do not support half-hour or 45-minute deviations from standard time zones. You’ll need to select the time zone closest to your targeted location.
Supported characters
The following characters are supported in most cases within Acoustic Campaign:

- a-z
- 0-9
- #
- -
- ( )
- .
However, different areas of Acoustic Campaign influence the way in which UTF-8 characters are supported. See the below table for examples.

| Contact sources, templates, and program names | All UTF-8 is accepted, however can cause compatibility issues with other features that rely on name where non-Roman characters are not supported. |
| Landing Pages (including web pages, web forms, site name, web page names, domain names and anything that becomes part of a URL. ) | Acoustic Campaign will not publish sites with non-English letters in URLs. |
| Email > Mailings and templates | There are some unicode characters not supported naturally, such as the non-space joiner in the German typewriter that prevents the entry of “ae”from blending. |
| Email > Mailings and templates | Hyperlink names in HTML email bodies, doesn’t accept Unicode characters.
Strip out invalid (Unicode) characters and saves it after you click OK on being told it is invalid. |
