When implemented, these frameworks capture client-side user interface events and other device information from mobile native applications on the supported platforms. Use of the Tealeaf client frameworks requires more installation and configuration and deployment with your mobile native applications. The UI Capture framework can be deployed to capture more user interface events through the mobile browsing experience. |
CX RealiTea Viewer | CX RealiTea Viewer can be used to replay mobile sessions that use the same screen dimensions as the mobile device.

CX Mobile Dashboard (optional) | The CX Mobile Dashboard can be downloaded and imported into your Tealeaf CX solution. It contains a number of events that are configured for detecting characteristics of mobile user agents. |
