To enable a character encoding other than the default:

1. Open the Web Console.
2. Click the Pipeline tab.
3. In the Pipeline screen, select the proper encoding values for the following settings:
   • Default request encoding
   • Default response encoding

   Note: To set the encoding to ISO-8859-1, select the value None.
4. To enter additional content types to be captured by the Pipeline, perform the following steps:
   1. Go to the Pipeline tab in the PCA console and click Edit Type Lists.
   2. In the Capture All Content-Encoding types box, enter the additional content types that the Pipeline will capture and attempt to decode.
5. Click Save Changes.
