Log files may be downloaded through the Portal Management page.
- In the Portal menu, navigate to Portal Management.
- Click the Manage Servers link.
- Select the server hosting the Attribute Indexing session agent and cxReveal capture pipeline.
- Click the Logs icon in the toolbar.
- Select Filter By > SA Session Attribute.
- Click Refresh.
- Click the link of the log file you wish to download. Log filenames should be in the format TLSessionAgentAttrIndex_YYYYMMDD.log.
