CX RTV is a standalone Windows™ application that must be installed on the desktop system of each Experience Analytics user. Before you configure CX RTV, you must verify that the software is installed on your system.
If you have not done so already, you must connect your installed version of CX RTV to the cxImpact server.
For Event Manager users, the installed major and minor version number of the CX RTV must match the versions of cxImpact.
- From the Windows Start menu, select Settings > Control Panel.
- Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- In the list, if there is an entry for CX RealiTea Viewer Viewer, the application is installed.
