To share Tealeaf event data with another application through Exchange, you must configure an event subscription in Exchange between the two applications.
To configure an event subscription between Tealeaf and another application, both applications must be registered as active endpoints in your Exchange account. Confirm that the configuration for your Tealeaf installation is complete and that it includes all event types, event attributes, and identifiers that you intend to publish through Exchange.
Consult the Exchange Dynamic Event Library to confirm that the application that you designate as the event subscriber supports the event types and attributes that you intend to publish.
Use the Exchange Events tab to configure an event subscription. The following procedure describes the general steps for event subscription in Exchange. For specific details about how to subscribe to events through Exchange, consult the Acoustic Exchange documentation in the Knowledge Center.
- Select Tealeaf as the event publisher.
- Select the event types that you want to publish.
The Events tab provides a link for each event type that lists the attributes that will be published.
- Select the destination endpoint.
- Activate the subscription.
