To change the time zone of the Report Server, perform the procedure documented here.
Before you begin, verify that you have administrator access to the machine hosting the Report Server.
If you change the time zone of the machine hosting the Report Server to the roll time zone, then Top Movers are calculated normally afterward.
- Log on to the machine that hosts the Report Server as an administrator.
- In the Windows™ toolbar, click the time value in the lower-right corner.
- Click Change date and time settings.
- Click Change time zone.
- From the Time zone drop-down, select the time zone that corresponds to the Experience Analytics system time zone. Note: If this change is temporary, note the selected time zone before you make the change.
- Click OK twice.
Top Movers are recalculated at the time in the Experience Analytics system time zone that is based on the Portal settings.
