The endpoint looks for the CRM identifier CRM_SFDC_ID
and Contact type attribute in each event payload. If the identifiers and attributes are located, the CRM event data is stored in your Salesforce account.
If CRM identifier or contact type attribute is not available in event payload, the endpoint automatically searches for an email or phone number in the Contact/Lead Salesforce object to retrieve the CRM ID. If the CRM identifier is not available in payload or the endpoint failed to retrieve CRM ID by Contact/Lead lookup, the endpoint ignores the event payload that is received from Acoustic Exchange.
