Once IP restrictions on SFTP are enabled, Email Insights displays error messages such as Error connecting SFTP server. The integration between Email Insights and Acoustic Campaign uses the SFTP method to sync data. Turning on SFTP IP Restriction causes the Email Insights server to fail when accessing Acoustic Campaign via SFTP. For Email Insights to work properly, add the IP addresses for the Email Insights server.
Organizations working within Pods 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 9 should add the following IP addresses of the Email Insights server into Settings > Administration > Security Settings > Access Restrictions:
- 10.224.143.121
- 10.224.143.24
- 10.224.143.28
- 34.235.222.2
Organizations working within Pods 6, 7, or 8 should add the following IP address of the Email Insights server into Settings > Administration > Security Settings > Access Restrictions:
- 34.235.222.2
After the appropriate IPs are added, allow these IP addresses to access the SFTP when turning on IP restrictions.
